Its neither difficult or expensive to qualify for work as a Contract Agent in the LiveXchange Network. Check the list of basic requirements below:
A Home Location Virtually Anywhere In
North America.
As long as you live in an area where high-speed internet service is available you can work as Remote Contract Agent. If you live outside the Network local calling area you will need a VOIP computer phone to avoid long distance charges.
A Quiet Home Office.
You need a dedicated, equipped space free from the intrusion of any background noise (TVs, radios, children, pets, lawnmowers etc). Any extraneous noise is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate disconnection from the network.
High Speed Internet Access.
You must have either Cable, DSL, or ISDN internet access.
Dial-up, satellite and wireless connections do not provide the necessary speed rates .
Computer Experience.
You will need basic computer skills.
You should be competent in word processing email use, browser use, downloading and installing of software .
A Dedicated Phone Line.
You need a phone line that is independent of your home phone line for voice transmission.
If out of the Network Calling area your VOIP line is used as the dedicated phone line. Plus a hands-free, non-cordless headset with volume control, hold and mute features.
A Personal Computer.
You need your own recent model computer.

A Personal ID System.
For client security and protection against fraud being committed on your workstation it is imperative that only you can have access to your client's calls. Some clients therefore require that their Contract Agents purchase a LiveXchange approved bio-metric scanner system.
You Have To Train For Your New Business.
But It Doesnt Take Long.
If you know how to operate a PC, have basic typing skills and a good telephone manner you are ready to train for Contract Agent work.
There are two levels of training necessary for you to operate as a Contact Agent; AgentAccess OS Training and ClientAccess Training, each incurs a one-time training fee.
The good news is that training courses are not difficult, they only take a few days, and the costs are reasonable.
AgentAccess OS Training
In this 2 day, 12 hour on-line course, you learn the key skills required to operate independently from your own home office linked to a remote network system including how to operate all aspects of the AgentAccess OS software. Once graduated from this course you will attend the corresponding client course. You cannot take Agent Access OS Training until you are invited to training by a client. The fee for this Agent Access course is $75.00 +GST.
On-Line ClientAccess Training
Once invited to training by a Client, you must register to train to process their specific call transactions. Client training courses vary from 2-8 days, and training fees varies between $150+GST-$300+GST. All training is done online in a virtual classroom setting. All training fees are payable at time of registration by Visa, MasterCard or Bank Transfer. All training costs are Tax deductible.
